Downdetector and similar sites say there's nothing wrong. I'm fairly active on the City Data forums, but I hadn't logged on for awhile, until today. And until today I've almost never experienced any problems with it. Today it's been jusst sporadically available. I logged in to type a post, but when I was ready to submit it, the site was down.
