In 2018 model, it is located inside the rear mirrors. In California where I live, traffic is very common. The light goes on and off all the time.
The Subaru technician's diagnoses is that the check engine light was due to an EVAP leak (loose gas cap). Standard alignment after lift. Subaru recently put out a notice that they won't warranty/diagnose modified vehicles. Which makes sense. You can't modify something and be guaranteed nothing will change. But the system works fine with the lift.The main change appears to be the improved cameras and slightly less bulky housing for Eyesight.
