Clutch Replacement on 2005 Vulcan 800 Classic. Bought this used bike a few weeks ago. The clutch does not grab until I am like a quarter inch away from letting the lever go. The adjustment on the clutch lever is not the culprit so it appears that the clutch is worn or there is another adjustment elswhere.I am sure Kawasaki will get their fuel managment sorted out. Only problem we are seeing is that the carburetor has a broken fitting from the hose that runs from the petcock to the carburetor. The plastic elbow was cracked. So after removing the Clutch Lever switch aka the Bullshit Switch and putting a loop into the contacts she was fine. Either but a new switch or do what I did.

I had a used Kaw Vulcan 500 and loved the PNF. Bought a brand new Z750 and the neutral finder doesn't work worth a S*^t. I was very surprised that the same feature from the same manufacturer could be so different.
