Today's lost sector is very good for farming exotics as you can see I managed to run it in 3mins on my first run pretty good if you're after any arms exotics...The only time you can ever get gear for a class other than the one you're playing is when buying Xûr's weekly exotics. Actually not true, if you hover over a titan exotic armor piece while playing as a hunter it will say "requires titan class".
