It takes anywhere between 10 to 21 days for me to receive my order once "shipped". I put "shipped" in quotes because it can take anywhere between 1-5 days between the time Mattel creates a label and FedEx receives the item. Mattel will notify us the item has shipped once they create a label.

Next "Order Status" seems to have 3 options: Unfulfilled: The order is in waiting to be shipped. Fulfilled: The order has a shipping label. This does not indicate weather the carrier is in possession of the item or if it has been delivered. At this point, there is usually a tracking number and link for the shipment.
