Fist: the wheel only turns 180° in the cockpit view. Second: the cars are extremely understeery even if I choose the most oversteery setup.

I initially had the same issue with reverse. To fix you have to go to Input Mappings. Under the driving section clear EVERYTHING except the 1st (steering) and last option (pause).
