Staff was very accommodating with reservation information and guidance on best day and time to go. Train conductor was informative and funny in giving a guided presentation. Drink water on the way up to lessen effects of altitude. Train doesn't stop, but goes slow enough to take pictures.

The train is roomy and comfortable. There are two seats on one side of the train and three on the other-side. The views from the three seat side are slightly better but the views from either side are incredible. Once you reach the summit the views are panoramic and the picture taking is easy-breezy.
