Filed a claim and accidentally put the incident date as the 11th when it was in fact the 10th. For some reason I really believed Friday was the 11th. Anyway, that was the 1st time they denied my claim. So after calling Asurion, I fixed the date, filed my now 2nd claim, re did the affidavit docs and waiting to hear back. Again, I was denied.
