Behr said not recommended. It adhered to the wood FAR better than to my cement floor. With 4 coats, 10 gallons of paint ($1000) I am still unable to like the finished floor. Nowhere in any ad is it stated that this product is for "New Concrete". Checking back on negative customer reviews I see that Behr has not responded to any complaints.
