I know how to strafe around and make the guardians whirl into pillars or let me hit them with a freeze/shock arrow from behind. Only real threat is when a Major Test guardian goes into their final laser beam phase and arrows just don't affect them any more. seven years later I am using this. TYSM.

Did you complete the shrine above Kakariko, the one on the way to the Great Fairy Fountain? In that shrine there is a tutorial on how to do flurry rush. Because all shrines are teleportation points, you can look to see if one is activated or not. The only other way to find them is to run around the whole map until you do find them.

I don't remember which shrine quest I had left but many of the shrine quests only show up in your list if you talk to the person who has the quest for you. If you find the shrine without talking to them you end up in your situation. If you find the person that has your missing shrine quest you will be assigned and complete the quest all at once.
