It doesn't go the other way, you can spec full AGL, VIT and ENC and be incredibly useful in PVP while dealing the same spear damage as STR builds. You can buff 30% AGL and get more spear, bow and dagger damage, the 3 most useful weapons other than the greataxe. For me strength builds are dead. Mordlun - it drops from klaels stronghold.
