Remove the blue conector with the two wires and just jump them with a paperclip or wire and turn the key to the on position and count the long and short blinks the engine light gives in the dash. Haven't seen that before. I checked the Honda manual for what it is, but was not able to find any information regarding it.

They did a trans fluid flush and the light stopped flashing. Had no other trans problems since. Trans still runs smooth like it always has! (Thank God!) Something quick and easy to try if you are so inclined. With the Ignition 'OFF', disconnect both battery cables (negative end first) and then hold the two cable ends in contact with each other for approx. 30 seconds. Re-install the cables (positive end first) and see if your issue has been corrected.Keymaster. +1 a flashing D light means that the TCM has detected a problem with the transmission or one of it’s sensors.
