I don't know why games do this but no matter what whenever you attempt to validate files it'll almost always say that there is at least one file that fails to validate. if you're getting 1 fps while playing games occasionally make sure that the game you're attempting to play is using the proper graphics adapter.

For those that have OCD like me and want those 2 files ... I've found ae soon as I run file validation and it finishes and says 2files failed to validate . I run it again and get the last 2 . Yes sure its a pain in the back side for all that time wasted. But I get the last 2! Will this fix the problem you explained ... most like not.
