Everyone loves a revenge story, but therr are children whose lives are made worse because the OP decided not to notify his brother he was selling up. In moving house, 2 months vs 1 month notice is a big deal.This has nothing to do with that though. You are within your rights to keep the money and get rid of all his possessions. You’re also not even remotely obligated to be the bigger person and set things right. Even if you choose to keep all the money and sell the house, you’re still not exactly an asshole for doing so.
