As pointed out by PWNolan, it very much depends upon the individual rifle. It also depends upon finding the cartridge that it likes. The MTR and the B14r (steel) may shoot lights out, shoot pretty well or be a dog. A couple of guys I shoot against use the MTR and do quite well.

In the running are: CZ MTR, CZ Precison Trainer, CZ Varmint, or possibly a Bergara BMR or B14R.
