You can book on an A330 and then end up on the much inferior 767 “Delta One.” There is no consistency in what DL labels Delta One. However, Delta's reverse herringbone on the A330 is arguably one of the better ways to cross the Atlantic. Delta One can be very pricey, and you'll likely spend well over $4,000 on a one-way flight.
