43X with TLR6, I appendix carry with it no problem, the light makes absolutely no difference so you would not have to remove the light, 100 lumens is plenty bright in a dark room or hallway of a house, also has the laser. I had the same concern with optics, and bought it with Ameriglo sights before realizing the MOS was the new thing.
I have the G19 MOS and G48 MOS both with red dots. The 48 is slimmer but there is a noticeable difference in shooting the two. The G19 is smoother, faster and more accurate for me. The capacity is the same for me with the Shield mags (gen 2 mags no issues in the shield mags). The G48 feels like a 1911 Commander in the hand but the G19 fills ...1. Same slim width as G43X. 2.
