2. Posted April 30, 2023. It probably means you need to run each mission from Duviri once. That's the circuit, the Experience and The Lone Story mode. All three are a requirement now to unlock SP, from what I've read. I have a feeling a lot of people aren't running the "Lone Story" mode, because there's no real point in it.

Hello dear Tennos, I come here after searching for a fix to my inability to access Steel Path Duviri. I have done all the quests. (Including Duviri), I can in general access Steel path on the map, but not on Duviri The circuit. I have completed The Duviri Experience and I have completed The lone story once (the 6 missions and kill the boss)
You should farm the majority of the mods before Steel Path, because Steel Path is where most builds are tested to go up against if you do anything for more than 30 minutes. Also yeah, you should be farming Arbitrations to get endo and Galvanized mods before going into Steel Path. The first entry into Arcanes is Eidolons from Plains of Eidolon ...

Once you talk to Teshin about Steel Path it's supposed to be permanently unlocked for your account, regardless of what content is released after. Teshin's pep talk is the only requirement for Steel Path. Arbitrations however need all current nodes completed to do them, and will become unavailable when new nodes are added.
