I have also observed them simply walking right past normal camping spots and the tents not appearing at all. The fastest way I've found is exploiting the invisible chest that holds the khajiit caravan's product in Dawnstar. Sell everything to the caravan (make sure you're not carrying too much as becoming encumbered makes this a pain) then run across the town to the box and take it all back for free and resell it to the caravan.Feb 6, 2012 ...
