I ran through it for 240 times, spending like 1:05-1:20 per run and a bit less then a minute to load in and out, so like 2 minutes per run including loading time. If it takes you 3 minutes to do legend and 8 to do master then master is not worth it. If it takes 4 minutes to do legend and 4:20 to do master then master is better. Master lost sectors do have a higher drop rate, but because legend can be run much faster it works out to be faster to farm legend instead of master.

The Lost Sector exotic drop rate is not that high when doing regular Lost Sectors and instead you can get them by doing the Legendary and Master ones. Lost Sectors will scale with your Power Level and will commonly drop gear that is related to your level, which can help you replace old gear with new or better ones.
