My shop has been like this since day 1 of getting the game except one time the game updated and it was fixed but i logged in again and it was unavailable.

In the Hero Gallery, theres a few Overwatch 1 Skins that read 'Currently Unavailable', if you own them, you still see the text, but can use it. Last time everybody got this message popping up, it was because Mauga was added to the game files but was hidden/disabled. So I guess the game couldn't apply "hero customization" to the disabled hero (?). This was just before we had that free Mauga weekend.Note: Voice chat logs are reset every time you start Overwatch, so it's important you obtain the logs before starting the game again.
