When did you purchase the unit, since you state it only has 10hrs on it. Did something happen to possibly cause this issue, referring to you riding conditions and use of the Ranger. If you unplugged the cam sensor with the key on then it will throw a code. You need to pull the injectors and see if they are pulsing when you crank it over. Hey there, Thanks for asking about the Ranger, my name is***** and I will help out with the starting issue. That is frustrating when you go to start and you get nothing. My first suggestion is to do a load test on the battery. Regardless if it has 12 volts it still might not have enough amps to turn the engine.

Fuel pressure 60 psi (holds), strong spark, good battery, fluid levels good, wrench and hour glass on instrumentation (needs service, shouldn't keep it from cranking). Turns over, but will not crank. Starter fluid will make if fire, but not crank. Answers: No drain plug in tank. You’ll need to pull the in-tank fuel pump, with a strap wrench take the jam nut off and lift out the fuel pump assembly out. You’ll need to pull the filter sock off the fuel pump and soak it in alcohol. Using your shaker siphon hose and drain as much fuel as possible.

New plug gapped to .0325. Because the engine doesn't run the battery isn't recharged as I try to start it. I externally charge the battery to between 12.6 & 13.0. I just ordered a new solenoid as it didn't ohm out 2.5 + or - 20%. Once that is installed (and works!!!!) I'll look at the no spark issue. If you get no reading on the secondary side, unscrew the spark plug cap and read it again. Then check to make sure the plug cap is OK by reading through it too.
