Now the main game I want to talk about is Left 4 Dead 2. After this update, I've had to keep unblocking "Blocked Processes" in order for me to use Hudsight on Left 4 Dead 2. Open Library tab, select the desired crosshair and click the Edit button or click the Create New button to start with a blank image.
