theres a tier 2 level of mines, you need a common pickaxe/shovel from bridgepour, they are listed as tier 2 in the description. these let you dig farther down to access bigger ores, and the tier 1 drills cannot harvest this dirt, while the tier 1 harvester cannot break this dirt.

Save scumming as a mechanic feels very wrong, and that's what the current system is pushing me to do. I have 15 Forge Marks. I can afford to make 1 Heavy Harvester. Therefore my optimal gameplay route is to craft it 15 times, once with each forge mark, and back out to the main menu after doing so.
