Some individuals get their case "actively reviewed" literally the very next day from filing, some get it couple days before their approval. Usually the AR2 is when it matters. When you get a second notice of actively reviewing - thats when its a good idea to check your account for any approval notices or RFEs/etc...There's no impact. They're both different applications even when filed together so they're not always approved at the same time.
