AAMC for sure, must buy. Would recommend kaplan (just the books will do, cop a used set for around $100) and NS exams for $100 if you can. AAMC - you can substitute KA instead of Kaplan for content review. but you cannot substitute Kaplan practice for the AAMC official practice materials.

They have a lot of great files shared but one of the top ones is KA psych:soc 300 pg. i'd use the one on the mcat preparation group instead of the dropbox link as it is more updated. Do the 300 page doc, use the cube deck, read the Kaplan book, make anki cards, do the section bank, redo the section bank, take at least 3 of the AAMC FLs if not the fourth as well, make anki cards on everything you missed, and then hope for the best Nothing is a guarantee on the MCAT unfortunately.

I had about 14 days of full-time studying before I went back to lab and cut my studying down to 1-2 hours a day. I supplemented reading the Kaplan books with Anki. Watching all the P/S KA vids on 2x (so 2.2x is even faster) speed takes just over 13 hours to do (someone did the math on this and I saved it for reference), so you can definitely fit in the videos and reading over the doc. Im shooting for a 515. I used the 86 page one for my first mcat and the 300 page one for the second mcat. I liked the 300 page better. For my P/S content review, I used the 86 pg doc and premed95's anki deck. If I ever felt uncomfortable with something in the 86 pg doc, I'd watch the corresponding KA video. YMMV, but I ended up with a 132 in P/S.

The 300 page doc is better because the P/S stuff chosen by AAMC is rather arbitrary and isn't necessarily what you'd expect to find, but that's what they've deemed fair game. KA in general though is not enough for P/S because the exam is known to have research analysis and lower yield terms popping up. I would suggest getting OpenStax (free and recommended by AAMC) Psychology and Sociology and having those read out loud. It doesn't take too long on 4-7x.
