Discovered the rollers on the back of the tail gate are in slots. Used those slots to adjust belt travel and now love my baler again.

If you have problems with hay building up in front, then the bale is breaking up while baling. I bought a used new holland rf450 round baler. Total bale count is 940 bales. I started baling grass this afternoon and can not get the net wrap to go around the bale? I have 6 bales of unwrapped hay trying to get it to work. The computer is in auto mode. Best thing you can do is weld new bars on the dimpled rollers. If you look at yours you will probably find that the edges are rounded off. Those are what grabs the hay and gets it rolling.
