For bleed, go bleed infusion, although I honestly can't reccomend it, it's terrible compared to normal damage as people can roll through the bleed procs or cure with moss, getting rid of your damage. Maybe I just got used to the timing of the parrying dagger, curved sword parrying for me is like 50/50, and in PvP with lag it's even less of a window whereas I can still parry through lag with the parrying dagger.
