Fachex is really hard to get at the upper end schools (HC only gives out 1 a year). I also recommend looking at the Tuition Exchange Program (if you are eligible for this you are also eligible for TE). It doesn’t cover full tuition at all schools, but it covers at least 80% of tuition and schools give out more of them.
