That came in 1.2 because people kept killing pyschos by accident. Hack them using Short Circuit or Overheat. EMP grenades. Shoot their legs. I use the Quick Hack Cripple Movement then walk behind them and grab them. From there use Non-lethal Takedown option and done. Works even if they are at full health.
