Additionally, before the update, my kids profiles were paused, and all if their devices. And of course I can’t unpause their profiles now, which has caused all of their devices to be down.

Xbox series x keeps saying it is pauses on the xfinity gateway, but the xfinity app doesn’t show it as paused. Been going on for several days now!From there you will see a list of devices, click on the one you want to pause/un-pause.
