Smaller clans will just progress slower. But raid matchmaking is allegedly going to match clans based on clan capital progress so it won’t be a disadvantage down the road. No clue how well that matching will be though. The raids we tested on the dev build were just matched with only a handful of clans and were all maxed out totally anyway.
