In the Project Browser is a check mark for 'crop view'. once this is turned on you'll see the crop as a bounding box around your model, select it and use the blue arrows to resize it down to where you need it. You can also select elements an hide them in the view (EH) or turn off unnecessary categories in visibility/graphics (VV).
