There is no way to reset your account/progress. All progress is permanent. The reason you can't start over is because the game is more "Free to Play" in the beginning. If they let you delete your account you could actually enjoy the game forever without paying. They need to allow reset.

With the new Argon’s Finest bonus in the skill tree, they start at level 10 with two skills. Oddly enough, whenever I get a good epic ability it is almost always parred with cleave.
