As the title states: an LCP max, the slide is stuck, cannot rack the pistol. Has not been fired, magazine is removed, no round in the chamber. Trying to rack the slide it goes back a tiny amount then is blocked by something, cannot rack no matter how much force apply backwards. Any input would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
