Base salary for new store managers is a paltry $55k/year. Not everyone is making a decent amount, imagine running a tier 4 nearly tier 5 for under 60k. Last year they also lowered the Min/Max for tier 4s and 5s so some of us got screwed over with no raises even though we jumped a tier.

There isn't a set of questions that will be followed. I know i didn't follow the questions walgreens sends. What you will do depends on where you will work and what the rxm/sm expect from a rxom. Some rxom are just glorified techs with very little added responsibility. Mine was held to a higher standard.My rxom heard us all talking and said that there won't be any more sr. Techs at our store. When she explained her position to me better a little while later, she said that in her opinion no one in the store is doing sr. Level stuff so no one should be given it. She can't do anything about the people who had it before she was made rxom.
