Jack Stack is a KC classic. The menu does not contain anything disappointing to the palate. My favorites are the Fire Kissed Wings, Fire Kissed Jumbo Shrimp which can both be made into a dinner for you. Other faves are the combos where you get your choice of 2 meats and 2 sides. The salmon and burnt ends are a must try as well.

Elite '24. 4/11/2023. Jack Strack comes highly recommended by most aircrews laying over downtown KC. I hit it up for an early dinner. Went with the two meat special ( Beef ribs x2 and smoked sausage). Ambiance was hopping, lots of folks on dates, conference participants, and families out for a weekend dinner.
We entered Jack Stack BBQ at about 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The clearly popular restaurant had a 30 min wait time for a party of two, but sat us immediately at the bar with the option of ordering from the full menu.
