The RAV4 interior is a lot more "basic" than the CR-V. It's well done and it looks decent, but it's far from the luxury look of the CR-V. It has more space inside, at least visually speaking, I didn't measure anything. The visibility is much better and the transmission is so, so much better than the Honda.

CR-V Sport 4WD is at $35,195 vs Rav4 Hybrid XLE with Weather and Convenience Package at $35,260. And darn close feature parity here too. I don't have a favorite (will need to test drive first), but if they're dinging Honda on price, that doesn't appear to be accurate across all the trims. 3.Most mileage on a RAV4 that you'd buy? The Wildpeak trails are stock on the TRD trim. Others go for a 245/65/17 for more tire. Falken also do a Wildpeak AT3 which is a more closely matched to the KO2s from BF Goodrich (more aggressive than the Trails) I personally wouldn’t run the KO2s or Wildpeak AT3s year round if most of your driving in ...

From my point of view, the "equivalent" technology packages will bring the total price of the XLE Premium up to $40100 and the XSE $41200 (so roughly a $1000 difference). In my head, the XSE has a nicer interior, the panoramic view would be amazing to have, but TBH I don't care at all about the panoramic sunroof. The interior of the Lexus is much nicer, but it’s noticeably smaller inside than the RAV4. I have the Prime and I’ve been in the Lexus, and the Prime is better for my use case. However, if you’re fine with a smaller vehicle and are looking for more of a luxury experience, the Lexus is absolutely worth considering. logics8. Currently deciding between the 2021 Rav4 gas Limited AWD vs the 2021 Rav4 Hybrid Limited AWD. I'm not too worried about the $1600 CAD price difference, I'm worried about which is the more reliable vehicle. To highlight some of the differences: -A slight bit more horsepower in the Hybrid compared to the standard gas Rav4. -slightly quieter engine.Rav gets almost twice the gas milage, drives smoother and quieter and has quite a bit more power. Subaru was $8k cheaper for same features and is quite a bit better in the snow/mud. I have a 2018 RAV4 XLE, bought it new ($25K) At this point, it has 85K miles. So far: oil change (every 5K) a new set of tires, front brakes. ZERO issue. My kids are driving it now. Not the best in term of acceleration as compared to a 2019 RAV4 hybrid. I see it’ll easily last 200K plus miles, if my kids don’t wreck it.

Under my first year of ownership (~110k) the cylinder head had to be replaced ~$2-3k repair. At ~120k the ABS actuator went bad ~$2-3k That same year I replaced the front struts myself. Later that year the lock actuator for one of the doors went bad, ~$800 repairs. In 2016 (160k) the airbag recall was performed. Go with the corrolla. RAV4 Hybrid. It's physically shorter by a couple of inches front to back than the Corolla, which makes maneuvering in the city easier. The suspension will handle bad roads better than the Corolla. These cars seem to be just plain reliable with good maintenance requirements, and no obvious reason they're not a good decision.I decided I wanted a smaller crossover hybrid. Looked at all the different cars and narrowed the list down to the CRV Hybrid Touring AWD or the RAV4 Hybrid Limited. Base pricing is almost identical - $39,530 RAV4 Limited vs $39,500 CRV Touring. I read the RAV4 is less expensive but this doesn't seem to be the case for this trim.
