So expect it to be more or less a wash. There is a field in RRECS for "Perform fixed accountable cage activities." I don't know what an "accountable cage" is. I've never been at a PO that has one.

Rrecs already failed. It was supposed to be implemented 6 years ago. The first pilot test was a joke and the current one is a joke too. My office is doing the current pilot test and we're supposed to be in phase 2 right now according to the initial schedule put out (test new scans for loading time etc.) guess what, we're late/delayed and phase 2 hasn't begun.
