I've never had a problem with a CD beyond repackaging (i.e., jewel case vs. digipak, etc. or slipcases not being included). Sure many times the royalities are smaller BUT they are usually released after retail (at least the ones that you can get inexpensively and they tend to focus on catalog releases much more so which is fine by me.I'm about to purchase the following Floyd bundle and will let you know how they stack up: 1) DSOM - JPN Pro-use (will compare to my 1983 reissue - SMAS 1-11163- and MFSL) 2) Meddle - JPN Odeon (OP-80375) 3) The Wall - UK first pressing (A-2U/4U/3U/5U) These will be my first Japanese or UK pressings, so I'm psyched!I have numerous copies including the 80's MFSL , an original U.K. pressing, an original U.S. pressing and seventies Japanese and German pressings.Peter Gabriel V (So), I believe has the same mastering worldwide (My fave) except for some level shifting on some pressings.
