However, in the past 4 weeks the "check emissions system" and "check SH-AWD system" light / warning has come on 2 times. After multiple restarts, the warning lights go away.

I drive highway (70-80 mph) everyday to and from work. I have tried the "defouler", sea foam, and cataclean. If I disconnect battery the check emissions (0420 code) and SH-AWD warning come on within a day. I am afraid I just need to bite the bullet and replace the cat converter and O2 sensors.
