I would suggest some of the "easy" two-hour classes in Applied Health Sciences (the college RST is in). These two hour classes are all relatively easy: CHLH 206, CHLH 243, and KIN 120. Easy sciences classes I have taken: IB 100, IB 105, and NRES 100. These are all three credit hours. ECE 385.

Immunology is a fantastic course. Kranz is a really good teacher, and the material he teaches is extremely interesting (especially the autoimmune disorder and cancer immunology sections). The class is only 4 exams that are each 40 questions each.
