According to him, there is a fix coming out for the drive clutches on the 825i that will either be a clutch/belt replacement or a rework of the clutch. The rollers are bad New clutch for this model is a thousand dollars. A roller kit is about 300 dollars. Complete new clutches for other models are about 150 dollars.

It's not listed on the parts diagram so you'll have to have the service dept. look in their service manual for the tool part number.
