It allows you to have spells inside an item and cast them from the spellbook. Using magic item module is very helpful for this. You can also use item macro module to shortcut the item clicking. So by default magic item adds the spell at the bottom of the spell sheet.

It works, if someone is concentrating and suffers damage, the module checks the conditions and send the saving to the owner.
