My IM program uses 30th percentile as the cut-off point for where they are concerned about your chances of passing. For me, the answer is obvious -- I didn't do enough questions. I barely have scratched the surface of MKSAP, but I kept telling myself that I was learning medicine through just being a resident. That clearly wasn't the case.
