Find the SkyrimSE.exe (not the launcher.exe), right click, properties, compatibility, change high DPI settings. Checkmark the "override high DPI scaling behavior" box, and have "Scaling performed by: Application." You may need to do this as admin, but it didn't complain about changing to me.
