My full load time is about 10 minutes. I run ~130 mods, but they are large. (SDV Expanded, Ridgeside Village, East Scarpe, + large visual change mods). I've never had extremely long load times but it has gotten better with more recent Steam Deck OS updates. I've never run it on experimental, it's not been needed for me.
